The Schüller Wein.Hand.Werk estate, operated by the Schüller winemaker family, is located in the wine village of Ernst on the terraced Moselle. On a small vineyard area, the winery cultivates steep slate slopes characterized by meticulous manual labor and a resource-saving approach to nature. In the vineyard, the family relies on strict harvest selection, the avoidance of genetic engineering, and minimized plant protection. In the cellar, gentle and patient vinification takes place without chemical preparations during winemaking, resulting in completely vegan wines. The portfolio includes characterful and authentic Mosel wines that are understood as a reflection of their origin.
