The Weinbau zum Haumesser estate is a family business founded in the 1940s and now run across generations in Wilchingen in German-speaking Switzerland. The family cultivates 5.2 hectares of vineyards within the AOC Schaffhausen denomination. The winery places great emphasis on the individual manual care of the vines and sustainable management in harmony with soil conditions and weather patterns. Grape production relies on greened vineyard soils, the preservation of structured biotopes, and protection using natural stone powder. Direct marketing of the wines is carried out in cooperation with long-standing partner wineries.
