About the estate
Founded in 2016, the Wunderstaa Wein AG estate cultivates around 5.5 hectares of vineyards in Hallau. Together with a partner winery, the business markets between 25,000 and 30,000 bottles of wine annually. The portfolio includes wines from the Müller-Thurgau, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Dorsa, and Merlot grape varieties, as well as premium spirits. Since the autumn of 2023, the estate has operated its own winery for gradual in-house vinification. The grapes are managed with great care, focusing continuously on environmentally friendly and sustainable practices.
