About the estate
The Neukomm estate, formerly known as Weingut Atlingen, cultivates authentic wines in the vineyards in and around Hallau. The winery manages a vineyard area of 15 hectares and produces a total of 26 different wines under the AOC Schaffhausen designation. Following a deliberate and unhurried philosophy, the grapes are given the necessary time to mature both in the vineyard and during vinification in the cellar. This approach yields characterful slow wines that reflect the region's terroir.
The eno directory lists 24 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Merlot.
