About the estate
The Tiefenböck-Flecher estate is a small family business located in Palt in the Kremstal region, existing since 1915 and currently managed in the fourth generation. The vineyards are situated around Furth bei Göttweig on heavy loess, loam, and primary rock soils in sites such as Steinbühel and Landwied. These locations are particularly suited for Grüner Veltliner and Riesling, which are vinified under the Kremstal DAC denomination. Since 2022, the winery has been transitioning to organic farming, with the first certified organic vintage produced in 2025. In addition to winemaking, the family runs a traditional wine tavern.
