About the estate
The Thiery-Weber estate cultivates seventeen hectares of vineyards in Rohrendorf bei Krems in the Kremstal region and is managed in the third generation. The grapes grow on partly steep slopes in the vineyards of the Kremstal on fertile loess soils under a warm climate. Since the 2023 vintage, the winery has been officially certified for organic viticulture according to the EU organic regulation. Through careful management of nature, soils, and vines, as well as the promotion of biodiversity, the estate produces variety- and origin-typical wines, including Grüner Veltliner under the Kremstal DAC denomination.
The eno directory lists 13 wines, mostly from Grüner Veltliner and Sauvignon Blanc. The estate sells to retail and horeca.
