Terres d'Etoiles

About the estate

The Terres d'Etoiles estate was founded in 2019 by Christophe Mittnacht and his wife Yuka, based in Hunawihr in Alsace. The winery currently manages eleven hectares of vineyards spread across the terroirs of Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé, and Mittelwihr, which include holdings under the AOC Alsace and AOC Alsace Grand Cru denominations. The wine-growing region is characterized by Muschelkalk soils and a dry, protected microclimate influenced by the Vosges mountains. Vineyard management is conducted using biodynamic methods. The estate's wines reflect the diverse geological profile and expression of the local terroir.
