About the estate

The Cave du Roi Dagobert cooperative was founded in 1952 to boost the vineyards of the Couronne d’Or near Strasbourg. Today, around 200 winegrower members cultivate nearly 1,000 hectares of vines across about twenty villages. The estate is committed to sustainable viticulture that respects the environment, with a portion of the vineyards managed organically. Modern cellar technology and plot-based selection allow for the vinification of precise wines under the AOC Alsace and AOC Alsace Grand Cru appellations. The portfolio features various local grape varieties and sparkling wines from the Alsace region.
