Eblin-Fuchs

About the estate

The Eblin-Fuchs estate cultivates eleven and a half hectares of vineyards spread across the municipalities of Zellenberg, Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé, Beblenheim, and Mittelwihr. Run as a family winery for several generations, the estate has practiced biodynamic agriculture since the two-thousands. Vinification involves exclusively hand-harvested grapes, whole-bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak casks, and several months of aging on fine lees. The portfolio features wines from the AOC Alsace appellation that reflect the character of the regional terroirs.
