About the estate
The Joseph Cattin estate in Vœgtlinshoffen has been family-managed across twelve generations since 1720 and cultivates 90 hectares of vineyards. The portfolio features wines under the AOC Alsace and AOC Crémant d'Alsace appellations, including crémants with extended cellar aging and parcel selections from exceptional terroirs. The winery's history also encompasses the integration of the Maison Théo Cattin and the estate of Edouard Leiber in Husseren-les-Châteaux. In recent years, the production has expanded to include organically farmed grapes as well as natural and maceration wines. The estate distributes its wines internationally to around 40 countries.
The eno directory lists 16 wines, mostly from Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to retail. Export markets include United Kingdom and Belgium.
