Domaine du Bollenberg

About the estate

The family-owned Domaine du Bollenberg estate has its origins in 1887 and is managed by the Meyer family across three generations. The vineyards cover 25 hectares as a single contiguous plot on the limestone and stony Lieu-dit Bollenberg, which is characterised by a Mediterranean microclimate. The entire vineyard is cultivated according to organic farming regulations without the use of pesticides or herbicides. Harvesting is done manually at perfect maturity, while the wines are aged in traditional oak foudres.
