The Tenuta Baroni del Mestri estate is situated on Mount Quarin in Cormons within the heart of the Collio region, with historical roots dating back to 1651. The Cramer family acquired the historic property in 1971 and currently manages it with the involvement of the third generation. The south-facing vineyards are rooted in traditional ponca marl soils and cultivate grape varieties such as Friulano, Malvasia Istriana, and Ribolla Gialla. Alongside viticulture, a traditional polyculture featuring olive trees and orchards contributes to the estate's unique microclimate and ecosystem. Winemaking takes place in an ancient natural stone cellar utilizing manual harvesting and sustainable cultivation methods.
