About the estate

The San Simone di Brisotto srl estate manages 65 hectares of vineyards in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region and looks back on over a century of winemaking history. Founded in 1915 by Gino and Olga Brisotto, the winery is currently run in the fourth generation by Chiara, Anna and Antonio. The vineyards are located in the Friuli Grave DOC and Prosecco DOC areas, cultivating both international varieties and native grapes such as Friulano, Refosco dal peduncolo rosso and Glera. The operational approach focuses on modern, quality-driven viticulture with low yields per hectare using Guyot and spurred cordoning systems. The entire production process, from the vineyard to the bottle, is managed in-house.
