About the estate

The Talenti estate spans a total area of 40 hectares, including 22 hectares of vineyards divided into eleven distinct plots. These vineyard sites feature varying altitudes, exposures, and soil compositions, with the majority dedicated to the Sangiovese variety. Additional vineyards located in Cinigiano serve the winery as a laboratory for exploring international varieties alongside Sangiovese. The agricultural production is rounded out by olive groves cultivated with the Correggiolo and Moraiolo varieties. The olives are harvested by hand and subjected to cold extraction within thirty-six hours to preserve their aromatic profile and freshness.
