About the estate

The Paradiso di Cacuci estate is run by the Cacuci family in the northwestern zone of Montalcino in Tuscany. The vineyards cover a total area of eleven hectares in the Canalicchi Alti area overlooking the Montosoli hill. Production is divided across five hectares dedicated to Brunello di Montalcino, one hectare to Rosso di Montalcino, and five hectares to Sangiovese IGT. The estate's philosophy combines the preservation of tradition with modern cultivation methods in accordance with the values of the consortium. The aging of the Brunello takes place exclusively in traditional Slavonian oak barrels for a period of about thirty-six months.
