The Societa’ Agricola Damiano Ciolli S.S. estate is located in Olevano Romano in the Lazio region, drawing on a family winemaking tradition spanning multiple generations. Founded by Damiano Ciolli in 2001, the winery manages around seven hectares of estate-owned vineyards situated in a hilly area with volcanic soils. The primary focus is the cultivation of the Cesanese grape variety, yielding distinct wines such as Silene, Cirsium, and Botte 22. Production follows organic and biodynamic principles with spontaneous fermentations and meticulous manual vineyard management. The wines are distributed through a national and international network.
