The organic Merumalia winery is situated on a gentle hill landscape in Frascati within the Lazio region and is managed by the Fusco family. The estate specializes in producing wines from the indigenous grape varieties Malvasia del Lazio, Greco Bianco, and Bombino. Sustainable management of the vineyards in harmony with the local climate and terroir allows for the creation of mineral, savory, and persistent wines. Alongside viticulture, the tenuta offers the production of olive oil and hospitality within a historic building. The philosophy of the estate combines traditional craftsmanship with modern winemaking techniques.
