About the estate
The Silva Daskalaki winery looks back on a family tradition in viticulture that began in 1920. In 1998, the family established a small winery in the village of Siva in the Herakleion prefecture on Crete. The vineyards are cultivated using exclusively organic methods and, in recent years, biodynamic principles. Winemaking respects traditional methods, handling up to 250,000 kilograms of grapes annually. The portfolio includes wines under the Crete PGI denomination, which have received numerous international awards.
The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Kotsifali and Liatiko.
