About the estate

The LE CLOS LIEBAU estate is located in Ribeauvillé in the Alsace region and covers approximately 3.5 hectares of vineyards. The parcels feature vines around sixty years old and are cultivated using ecological principles such as biodynamics, permaculture, agroforestry, and syntropy. In the cellar, the winery employs minimal intervention with old wooden presses, stainless steel tanks, and old barrels. The portfolio includes natural wines such as Riesling, Sylvaner, and other Alsatian grape varieties produced as white wines, red wines, orange wines, and pétillants naturels. The wines are bottled unfiltered and with very low sulfur additions.
