About the estate

The Schifferli Wein estate cultivates vineyards in an ideal location in Malans, Switzerland, within the Bündner Herrschaft region. The operation includes extreme steep slopes with a gradient of up to 75 %, requiring one hundred percent manual labor in the Completerhalde. The mild climate with warm foehn winds, alongside nutrient-rich clay and limestone soils, provides the foundation for production. Alpine conditions and intense sunlight shape the character of the wines from Graubünden. Together with family, friends, and a team, naturally produced wines from Switzerland are crafted here.

The eno directory lists 10 wines, mostly from Müller-Thurgau and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
