The Boner & Rasi Weinbau und Brennerei estate is an organic winery located in Malans in German-speaking Switzerland that has been family-owned for six generations and has carried the Bio Suisse Bud label for 30 years. Luzi Boner took over the winery from his parents in 2009 and cultivates nearly 3 hectares of vineyards with more than 8 different varieties. Thanks to a favored location with a mild climate and calcareous slate, Jurassic, and cretaceous limestone soils, the vines thrive magnificently. In the cellar, the estate produces 11 different estate-bottled wines and also operates a distillery for various spirits as well as custom distilling.
