About the estate
The Saouliak family estate cultivates just over seven hectares of vineyards in Nothalten at the foot of the Ungersberg. The winery looks back on a history dating back to 1600 and is managed in the ninth generation. The vineyards are spread across the slopes of surrounding municipalities and include all seven traditional grape varieties of the region. The winemaking approach emphasizes late harvest dates to achieve optimal aromatic maturity alongside plot-by-plot vinification. This method produces complex and typical wines within the AOC Alsace denomination.
