About the estate

The Santa Cassella estate is located in Potenza Picena in the Marche region on the hills sloping down towards the Adriatic Sea. Vine cultivation in this natural amphitheater dates back to 1700 by the ancestors of the current owners. The property covers a total area of about 70 hectares, comprising vineyards, orchards, and olive groves. Alongside traditional grape varieties such as Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Maceratino, Malvasia, and Verdicchio, international varieties including Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon, and Chardonnay are also grown. The grapes are harvested by hand and each individual soil type is vinified separately to obtain wines with enhanced structure and elegance.
