Villa Forano

About the estate

The Villa Forano estate is located in the Marche region and traces its history back to the eighteenth century. Since 1966, the property has belonged to the Lucangeli family, who shifted production towards quality and native grape varieties during the nineties. Spanning a total area of 160 hectares, with a portion dedicated to vineyards, the winery produces wines under the Colli Maceratesi and Rosso Piceno denominations. Vinification takes place in a historic cellar dating from the early nineteenth century, utilizing traditional varieties such as Ribona, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese. Today, the estate is managed by the siblings Francesco and Chiara Lucangeli.
