The Poderesabbioni estate is located in Corridonia in the Marche region and cultivates lean soils rich in limestone and sand that yield savory, mineral wines. The vineyards are planted with Maceratino Ribona and Verdicchio for white wines, alongside Montepulciano and Sangiovese for red and rosé wines. The winery follows organic farming practices and employs soil management techniques without the use of synthetic insecticides or herbicides. Vinification takes place inside the family's historic mill, utilizing tanks made of cement, ceramic, and stainless steel, with wood aging applied for reds. The diversified agricultural production also includes cereals and olives alongside viticulture.
