About the estate
The Il Conte Villa Prandone estate is located in Monteprandone in the heart of the Marche region and is managed by the De Angelis family. The history of the winery dates back to 1956, when Amilcare De Angelis and his son Marino laid the foundations for local viticulture. Today, the family farms 50 hectares of vineyards on clay soils situated in a unique hillside position between the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini Mountains. The portfolio features native grape varieties such as Pecorino, Passerina, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese, producing distinctive wines under denominations including Rosso Piceno and Offida Pecorino.
