About the estate
The Salvioni estate is run as a family business in Montalcino in Tuscany across three generations. The four hectares of vineyards are divided into three parcels at an altitude of 420 meters, surrounded by woodland. Farming is carried out traditionally with short pruning, low yields, and selective harvesting by hand. The portfolio includes the denominations Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Rosso di Montalcino DOC. Annual production ranges between ten thousand and fifteen thousand bottles depending on the vintage.
