About the estate
The Rimarts Cava winery is based in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia and was founded by Ricard Martínez de Simón. Since 1987, the family has continued to run the estate following the original philosophy of producing high-quality cavas without modern methods. The work relies on natural processes and a prolonged aging period. These traditional methods require daily dedication and aim to give the product maximum expressiveness. The portfolio includes wines from the Cava DO and Cava – Comtats de Barcelona denominations.
