About the estate
Founded in 2000, the Domaine Rijckaert estate cultivates vineyards in the Jura and Burgundy regions, with a focus that includes the Saint-Véran appellation. Florent Rouve took over the winery in 2013, maintaining the founder's philosophy while seeking to further emphasize freshness and tension in the wines. The production methods involve strict yield control, manual harvesting, slow and moderate pressing, native yeasts, and extended maturation periods. Since 2018, Rémi Treuvey has joined the team as manager of the Jura vineyards, applying a gentle and natural approach to viticulture.
