Rexach Baqués

About the estate

The Rexach Baqués estate, located in Guardiola de Font-Rubí, looks back on a long family history that began in 1910. Pere Baqués Rafecas laid the foundation when he started producing still wines in the late nineteenth century within the premises run by his parents. Subsequent generations, including Pere Rexach Baqués and later Montse Rexach Peixó, continued to manage the enterprise while preserving the historical underground cellars excavated entirely by hand. Today, the winery produces long-aged cavas and a white wine crafted from indigenous grape varieties within the Penedès DO denomination.
