About the estate
The Rafael Schacher winery is located in Hochdorf on the slope of the Lindenberg in the Lucerne Seetal region in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. At the Mühlihalde vineyard site, the winemaker, a former gardener, cultivates new and old grape varieties for white and red wines. Cultivation is carried out regeneratively, using biological products wherever possible. To achieve high quality, the estate relies on the individual care of the varieties, defoliation of the grape zone, and crop thinning in the vineyard. The portfolio is aimed at connoisseurs of regional wines from the AOC Luzern denomination.
