About the estate

The Винарско имение Драгомир estate, founded in 2006, is located in Brestnik within the Zapadna Trakiya region and cultivates 23.94 hectares of vineyards. The vines are planted in the hills of South Sakar with grape varieties including Mavrud, Rubin, Dimyat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, and Petit Verdot. The winemaking process features manual harvesting in small cases, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels. The wines are subsequently aged in barrels and bottles to develop their distinctive characteristics. The estate produces its wines under the Thracian Lowlands PGI denomination.
