About the estate
The Pileum winery is located in the heart of the hills of Piglio in the Lazio region of Italy, on the slopes of Monte Scalambra. The establishment of the estate stems from an authentic bond with the territory and the desire to honor its millennia-old winemaking tradition. The cellar combines modern facilities with respect for tradition to enhance historical grape varieties and local identity. In addition to wine production, the company operates a restaurant opened in 2022, where regional products and homemade dishes are paired with their DOCG and IGT wines.
