About the estate
The Paulay Borház winery is located in the Hungarian wine region of Tokaj and produces the orange wine Joszif from the Hárslevelű grape variety. The grapes are harvested at full maturity, destemmed and fermented on the skins in vats for ten days, followed by fourteen months of barrel aging on the lees before unfiltered bottling. In addition, the estate operates a guesthouse in the attic with a total of ten sleeping accommodations for visitors. The air-conditioned rooms feature private bathrooms and offer space for extra beds if required.
