Paraschos

About the estate

The Paraschos estate is located in San Floriano del Collio within the Collio DOC denomination and is operated as a family business. For the sustainable cultivation of the vineyards, the winery consistently avoids the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. Winemaking relies on spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts, occasionally including skin contact in wooden vats or terracotta amphorae. Subsequently, the wines undergo a long maturation on their fine lees in large oak barrels. Production is entirely focused on traditional methods without the use of external additives.
