About the estate
The Paolo Caccese winery has its origins in the early 1950s, when the first vineyards were acquired in the hills of Pradis in Cormons. Over the subsequent decades, the family-run estate expanded continuously and now cultivates six hectares of vines. The vineyards are situated on soils composed of marl and sandstone, which are typical of the area and provide ideal conditions for viticulture. The portfolio includes traditional grape varieties of the region, from which indigenous wines and specialties are produced. In its agricultural practices, the estate places great emphasis on environmental protection, sustainability, and the use of renewable energy.
The eno directory lists 4 wines, mostly from Ribolla Gialla and Malvasia.
