About the estate

The Ollinger-Gelz winery cultivates vineyards in the Mosel region and looks back on a long family tradition spanning several generations. The roots of the estate trace back to a historical mixed agricultural farm before specializing in viticulture in the 1960s and later beginning estate-bottling. Since the 1980s, the estate has operated according to organic guidelines and is certified organic today. Simon Ollinger took over the management of the family business as owner from his parents in 2020. The team places great emphasis on biodiversity in the vineyard, beneficial-friendly cultivation methods, and minimal intervention during vinification in the cellar.

The eno directory lists 25 wines, mostly from Auxerrois and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to retail.
