About the estate

The Norina Pez winery traces its origins back to the early 1900s when Giovanni Bernardis founded the farm in Dolegna del Collio. In the late 1970s, the family shifted its focus entirely to wine production, and today the estate is managed by the third generation, Stefano Bernardis. The winery encompasses seven hectares of vineyards where great attention is paid to sustainable farming practices with manual field operations. Pest control is strictly targeted to protect the environment and beneficial insects without the use of insecticides. In the cellar, modern winemaking techniques are applied to preserve the natural aromas and quality of the wines.

The eno directory lists 14 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla.
