About the estate
The Nord und Süd estate is located in Schönberg am Kamp in the Kamptal, where the harsh climate of the north meets the mild climate of the south. The vineyards are characterized by deep loess soils and barren weathered rock. Mathilde and Christoph cultivate their vineyards according to biodynamic guidelines. The grapes are selectively harvested by hand. In the cellar, natural and spontaneous fermentation takes place to produce the wines with the Kamptal DAC origin.
The estate sells to horeca and importers.
