About the estate

The Nibiru Wine estate is located in the northernmost part of the Kamptal region in Schönberg am Kamp. The vineyards are surrounded by forests and feature a cool microclimate alongside soils composed of loess, amphibolite, gneiss, and weathered primary rock. The winery cultivates its vineyards organically and biodynamically following Demeter principles. Agricultural tasks such as canopy management and harvesting are carried out exclusively by hand. In the cellar, minimal intervention is applied to produce wines characterized by clarity, minerality, and depth.
