About the estate
The family-owned Molí Parellada winery was founded in 1987 in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia and is currently located in a former paper mill in Torrelavit, Catalonia. Led by winemaker Francisco Domínguez, the estate preserves the heritage of its ancestors while producing wines and cavas under the Penedès and Cava denominations. Production relies on native grape varieties such as Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada. Combining tradition with sustainability, the estate offers guided tours of its underground cellars and vineyards alongside a cultural space for exhibitions and events.
