About the estate
The family-run Mas Farchat estate is located in Gabian in the Languedoc-Roussillon region and is managed by the two winemakers Hélène and Cécile. The winery cultivates its vineyards on the unique volcanic terroir of the AOC Languedoc Pézenas, which is characterised by basalt and minerality. The wines are produced from traditional grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Cinsault. To preserve biodiversity and ensure sustainability, the estate is currently converting to organic farming and collaborates with the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux.
