About the estate
The Mas de Janiny estate is a family-run winery located in Saint-Bauzille-de-la-Sylve in the heart of Languedoc, combining tradition and innovation. The vineyards stretch across clay-limestone soils surrounded by the garrigue and are cultivated entirely organically. To promote biodiversity and soil life, the estate relies on biodynamic preparations, cover cropping, and agropastoralism with a flock of sheep. Vinification proceeds without chemical additives, featuring extremely low sulfur levels and partial manual harvesting for protected designations of origin. The portfolio includes fruity and structured red wines as well as sparkling wines and cuvées without added sulfites.
