About the estate

The Manufaktur Molitor estate is a small, family-run winery located in Nordheim am Main within the traditional wine-growing region of Franconia, existing in the fourth generation and standing for quality since 1882. Under the direction of winemaker Markus Molitor, handcrafted wines are produced that reflect the mineral notes of the limestone soils and the character of the region. The vineyards are cultivated with great dedication, sustainability, and sensitivity in harmony with nature. During the harvest, the grapes are hand-picked and subsequently gently pressed before undergoing a controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging. The portfolio includes the Silvaner wine Ciao as well as the orange wine M made from the Silvaner grape variety.
