The Domaine Vuillemez Père et Fils estate cultivates ten hectares of vineyards in the Burgundian village of Chardonnay. Established in 1989, the family-run winery focuses on the classic regional grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Since 2019, the vineyards have been managed according to the principles of organic agriculture. The wines are crafted with patience and precision in a converted historic barn, utilizing steel vats, oak barrels, and concrete eggs for maturation.
