About the estate

The Les Vins des Salins du Midi estate cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards on the sandy soils of the coastal cordon in Aigues-Mortes within the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Founded in 2014 by the François family, the project builds upon the historical traditions of the area and operates under organic farming methods. The cultivated grape varieties include Grenache, Rolle, Syrah, and Caladoc, which are used to produce fine wines and pale rosés. Harvest takes place exclusively at night between August and September, followed by gentle vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and oak barrel aging for selected cuvées.

The eno directory lists 10 wines. The estate sells to importers, horeca and retail.
