About the estate
The Les Caves de l'Amiral estate is located in Entrecasteaux in the heart of Provence and covers a total vineyard area of 212.76 hectares on clay-limestone soils. The winery operates as a cooperative uniting 50 winegrowers whose grapes are processed by an oenologist and a cellar master. The grape variety spectrum includes Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Cabernet, Carignan, Rolle, and Ugni Blanc. From these, the estate produces various product ranges comprising AOC wines such as Côtes de Provence as well as IGP Vin de Pays du Var.
