About the estate

The Bastide de Blacailloux estate is located in the Var region at the foot of the Sainte-Baume massif in inland Provence, where it has maintained its winemaking traditions since 1917 at an altitude of nearly 400 meters. Four generations of the Chamoin family have run the property with a constant commitment to organic farming and biodiversity. Grown on bauxite soils, the vineyards produce white, rosé, and red wines in three colors, crafted from typical Provençal grape varieties such as Syrah, Cinsault, Rolle, and Grenache. The portfolio includes wines under the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence and Var IGP denominations. Each year, the cellars produce around 100,000 bottles of pure, precise wines that reflect the distinctive character of this unique terroir.
