About the estate

The Le vigne di Clementina Fabi estate in Montedinove has its origins in a family winegrowing tradition that began in the late 19th century in the foothills of the Marche region. After generations of farming, the winery was officially established in 2010 and is currently managed by family descendant Loretta. The operation applies organic cultivation methods, combining its historical roots with modern cellar technology. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 600 meters in the Marca Picena area between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Sea. A distinctive feature of the estate is the production of sparkling wine directly on-site using the Charmat method.
