About the estate

The Claudio Morelli estate has been run for generations by the Morelli family, who dedicated themselves to agriculture as early as the 1930s and focused exclusively on viticulture starting in the 1950s. The winery manages about 18 hectares of vineyards on tuffaceous sandy soils in the hills overlooking the Metauro river valley, cultivating primarily indigenous grape varieties such as Bianchello and Sangiovese. Production spans wines from the Bianchello del Metauro DOC, Colli Pesaresi DOC, and Marche IGT denominations, handled across two distinct facilities for vinification and aging. Modern cellar technologies are employed for gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, alongside specific methods like low-temperature skin contact for white wines.

The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Bianchello and Sangiovese. The estate sells to retail.
